Longtime industry pro Jacob Berndt debuted his first solo venture in May 2024 inside the long, narrow downtown space that was home to Deep Roots Winery & Bistro before sitting empty for four years. With the help of his siblings, Berndt has transformed the space with art and knickknacks that give it the vibe of a well-worn neighborhood watering hole.
